Who we are

BananaPic is an independent tool that runs Google’s Nano Banana 2.1 model through Replicate. It is not an official Google product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

Using the tools

Please do not use automated scripts to send large numbers of requests, copy the site wholesale, or interfere with its operation.

Whose photos you may upload

Upload only photos you have the right to use. A photo that shows a person must be of you, or of an adult who agreed that you edit it. Never upload:

• photos of children or of anyone under 18, to change how they look;
• photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or anything made to pass as them;
• private photos of anyone who did not agree, or photos you have no right to use.

What you may not make

• sexual or nude images of anyone, and anything sexual involving a minor;
• images made to harass, shame, threaten, deceive or impersonate a real person;
• fake documents, IDs, receipts, or images made to pass a false event off as real;
• anything else that breaks the law, or the rules Google sets for its models.

We remove results and close accounts that break these rules, and we act on every report: see report an image.

What the tools make

Google’s Nano Banana 2.1 model makes each image from your words and photos. Results can differ from what you asked, and faces or small text may come out wrong; each image can be remade once for free. The model may refuse a request it considers unsafe, and then the credits come back. Google says its images carry an invisible SynthID watermark that marks them as made by AI. You may use what you make for personal and commercial purposes, within these terms; label it as AI-generated where a platform or the law asks.

Refunds

Credits used for a result that failed come back by themselves. Credits you bought and have not used can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase: write to hello@bananapic.com from the address of your account.

Accounts

You sign in with a link we email you or with your Google account, so anyone who can read your email or use your Google account can sign in as you: keep them secure. Use your account only for yourself and only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the site, such as by asking for sign-in emails to other people's addresses. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is added at checkout. Purchases are sold by Link, Stripe's service that sells our products for us as the merchant of record, under Link's own terms, and Stripe processes the payments. You can also ask Link's support about a purchase. A purchase is yours once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Something you buy once, such as access to a feature, stays yours for as long as BananaPic offers it and your account exists.

If a purchase does not work as described, email us at hello@bananapic.com, and we will put it right or refund it. When a payment is refunded, or reversed by your bank (a chargeback), what it gave is removed from your account.

Credits

Credits are prepaid units for using BananaPic's services. They are not money: they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred to another person or account, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash. Each new account gets 2 free credits, once; we may change or stop this for accounts opened later. Credits do not expire, but they end with your account: deleting your account deletes its unused credits, which are not refunded.

If a purchase of credits is refunded or reversed, we remove the credits it gave from your balance. If you have already used some of them, we remove only what is left, so your balance never goes below zero, and we keep a record of the difference. We may correct a balance that is wrong because of an error, and remove credits gained by abuse, such as by opening many accounts to collect free credits.

AI tools

Each use of an AI tool takes the credits shown next to it, set aside when it starts. If it fails, or does not finish in time, you get them back. We keep results for 7 days, then delete them: download what you want to keep.

Where a result says so, you can have it made again once for free, with the same input, while it is kept. A free remake that fails does not count, and a remake cannot itself be remade.

AI models can be wrong, and what they make may be inaccurate, offensive or like the work of others. Check results before you rely on them or share them. You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use what the tools make. Do not use the tools to make anything unlawful, to harm or deceive anyone, to imitate a real person without their consent, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or stop a use, and close an account, that breaks these terms.

AI image detector

The AI image detector gives an estimate, not proof: AI detectors can be wrong both ways, especially on edited, heavily compressed or very small images. Do not rely on a result alone to accuse anyone or to make a decision that matters. Check only images you have the right to share. The free checks of each day are counted when a check is answered; a check that costs credits takes them only once it is answered.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
