The same man with a huge bodybuilder physique, his grey T-shirt tight over big arms and a broad chest.
Example Made here with Nano Banana 2.1 at 2K: “Give this person a huge, muscular bodybuilder physique: very broad shoulders, big arms and a wide, defined chest, with the same T-shirt now tight over the muscles. Keep the exact same face, head, hair, smile, skin tone, pose, background and lighting. Photorealistic, not a cartoon.”

How the AI muscle generator works

Nano Banana 2.1, Google’s newest image model, draws bigger shoulders, arms and chest, with your clothes fitted over them and the photo’s own light. A photo takes 2 credits at 1K; your first is free.

  1. Add a photo of you

Standing or sitting, your arms and chest in the picture, in good light.

  2. Press “Make me muscular”

The edit is written for you. Change it for a lean, athletic look if you like.

  3. Download and post

Your muscular photo in about 10 to 30 seconds, ready for TikTok or Instagram.

The man in the example is AI-generated: no real person’s photo went into it. More edits in the studio.

AI muscle generator questions

What is the AI muscle generator?

It is the trend of seeing yourself with a bodybuilder’s build, also called the AI muscle filter or the steroids filter. Upload one photo here and Google’s Nano Banana 2.1 model draws bigger shoulders, arms and chest, while your face, smile, clothes and background stay as they are.

How can I see myself with muscles?

Upload a photo of you where your arms and chest show and press “Make me muscular”. In about 10 to 30 seconds you get the same photo of you, muscular, to download and keep or post.

Is there a free AI muscle filter?

Yes: a new account gets 2 free credits, which make your first muscle photo at 1K. More photos are 2 credits each at 1K, from one-time packs with no subscription.

Will it still look like me?

That is what the edit is written for: it keeps your face, hair, expression, skin tone, pose and background, and changes only your build. If it does not look like you, remake it once for free.

Is it what I would look like after training?

No. It is a fun edit drawn by an image model, not a prediction of any body, workout or diet. Enjoy it as a picture.

Does it work on women, and for a leaner look?

Yes. It works on anyone’s photo. For a lean, athletic look instead of a bodybuilder’s, change the words of the edit before you press the button.

Can I use it on a friend’s photo?

Only with their agreement, and only of adults. Never upload a child, a celebrity or anyone who did not agree, and never use it to mock someone’s body. See the rules in the terms.
